GAZOZ is the Napa-based food and beverage project of Rebecca Eichenbaum, who has been described as a "pastry chef who traipses happily across the boundary separating sweet and savory".


Her work is based on the principle that making delicious food and beverages starts with delicious ingredients and good technique. In this capacity, she has worked, collaborated, and consulted with private clients, hotels, restaurants, bars, wine and spirit producers, yoga studios, foragers, and artists. She has held the roles of executive pastry chef, retreat chef, chef-in-residence, and personal chef.


She is available for private and commercial work in the Bay Area and beyond.
