GAZOZ is the Napa-based food and beverage project of Rebecca Eichenbaum.
GAZOZ works in tandem with local growers and producers to highlight ingredients at their seasonal peak.
Rebecca has been described as a "pastry chef who traipses happily across the boundary separating sweet and savory". She has worked, collaborated, and consulted with hotels, restaurants, bars, wine and spirit producers, yoga studios, foragers, and artists.
She is available for private and commercial work in the Bay Area and beyond.
